The Forest Volunteer Fire Department, Station 81 is one of four fire departments located in Lackawaxen Township, Pike County, PA. Established in 1942, FVFD has remained a 100% volunteer organization. With approximately 35 dedicated active members, FVFD responds to an average of 300 calls a year and provides primary coverage for the western area of the Township which includes the communities of Woodledge, Tink Wig, and Woodloch Springs. Our department also provides mutual aid to surrounding townships and boroughs in both Pike and Wayne Counties.
